Xplor Pay is a global embedded payments platform built for vertical SaaS businesses. It helps merchants deliver seamless payment experiences while improving outcomes for consumers worldwide.

Part of Xplor Technologies, the company serves over 106,000 customers and has processed more than $38 billion in payments across 20 markets. With a globally distributed product team, Xplor is committed to a customer-obsessed mindset—combining strategy, discovery, and delivery to drive continuous innovation at scale.

With a growing global footprint, Chief Product Officer Nick Campbell knew that delivering consistent, customer-obsessed product work at scale would take more than ambition—it required structure, alignment, and ongoing capability-building.

The challenge

“As a global organisation, I’m responsible for making sure we’re customer-obsessed at all times,” says Nick.
