Introducing our Product Management Mentorship Cohort for New Zealand practitioners: build stronger relationships and gain valuable knowledge through in-person and online mentorship!

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Here's what you can expect in the mentorship programme:

Personalised feedback and ongoing support

Successful applicants will receive tailored guidance and support from a dedicated mentor over three months.

Regular connections

Expect to meet a minimum of four times over the 12-week programme. We recommend connecting at least once every three weeks.

Ongoing reflection

You will receive prompts to reflect on each session to ensure that you are getting the most out of the programme.

Webinars for growth

Expert-led webinar sessions for all cohort members to accelerate personal and career growth.
WHO IS THIS FOR

Mentees

Product makers who are new or aspiring to get into product management. Our Product Mentorship Cohort is where you can build relationships, and learn from experienced product professionals working in New Zealand

Mentors

Experienced product professionals who want to help support the next generation of product thinkers, develop their coaching and leadership skills, and give back to our thriving community.

How does it work?

Our team will match mentors with mentees, depending on availability, areas of expertise, goals, and growth.
We encourage the first meet-up to be in person, this will help drive a deeper relationship and a more productive mentor-mentee partnership.
This cohort will meet four times every three weeks over the course of three months.
