What is the Miro Audit?
The Miro Audit is a structured review of how your teams work in—and outside of—Miro. We assess your current workflows, rituals, and planning processes to identify gaps, overlaps, and high-impact areas for improvement. You’ll get a clear picture of how to embed better habits into Miro.
What are the delivery formats?
We offer online, remote, and hybrid training to fit your team’s needs. Sessions are interactive, designed for engagement, and include live workshops, AMAs, and hands-on exercises.
What size teams do you work with?
We typically work with teams of 5 or more. The content scales for small squads and large cross-functional teams alike.
How much time will my team need to commit?
It varies by engagement. Typically, teams commit to two 90-minute live sessions per month, plus optional AMAs or async activities. Our approach is practical—we encourage teams to apply what they learn between sessions.
Should I include design and engineering in the training?
Absolutely. If your goal is stronger cross-functional collaboration, we recommend including designers and engineers. We’ll tailor the program accordingly.
How do we tailor the program to our business needs?
