This program covers the core principles and concepts necessary to step into and thrive as a product leader.
Why This Program?
Transitioning from an individual contributor to a product leadership or management role can be challenging. We know. This cohort is designed to give you the confidence, practical experience and network to achieve it.
Identify the type of leader you are now, and build a growth plan to develop the key skills and attributes you need to be successful through weekly activities, case studies and discussions.
Spend time understanding the areas you need to improve, with a focus on effective communication and building alignment as key superpowers every leader needs.
Explore the differences between being a product manager and leader, and build a deeper understand for you and your organisation on how product leaders accelerate business outcomes.
WHO IS THIS COHORT FOR
This cohort is for product people who are ready to make a greater impact in their organisation and build their impact as a product leader for both individual contributors or managers.
Product Professionals
You have 2-3+ years in a product- related role and want to focus on improving your skillsets as a leader within your organisation.
Product Managers
You have 2-3+ years of product management experience and have a good grasp on the main frameworks and tools but want to accelerate your leadership understand and skills.
Product Leaders
You are a people manager with 1+ years of experience and would like to learn new frameworks and tools, explore case studies, and dive deeper into how to create great product outcomes for your teams.

Toby has a background in product leadership and strategy built at some of New Zealand’s top technology companies. He has held product roles at Trade Me, Roam Digital, and Xero, where he has helped craft product strategies across different markets and businesses.
