ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Here's what you can expect as a member:

Personalised feedback and ongoing support

Successful applicants will receive tailored guidance and support from a dedicated mentor over three months.

Regular Meetups

Expect to meet six times, we recommend starting with an in-person session, and then every two weeks including meeting at scheduled in person events.

Ongoing evaluation

Monthly surveys will ensure the program continues to meet the needs of both mentors and mentees.

Mentees

Product makers who are new or aspiring to get into product management. Our Product Mentorship Cohort is where you can build relationships, and learn from experienced product professionals working in London

Mentors

Experienced product professionals who want to help support the next generation of product thinkers, develop their coaching and leadership skills, and give back to our thriving community.

DETAILS ABOUT THE PROGRAM

How does it work?

Our team will match mentors with mentees, depending on availability, areas of expertise, and growth.

We encourage the first meet-up to be in person, this will help drive a deeper relationship and a more productive mentor-mentee partnership.

This cohort will meet six times every two weeks over the course of three months.

When does it start?

May 2025

Phase 1: Applications open to Colab members: 5 May – 16 May (2 weeks)

Phase 2: Open to public: 12 May – 16 May

Phase 3: Matching: 19 May – 22 May
