Next cohort starting August 6th

AI Builders Cohort

In four weeks, go from "prompting and building basic skills" to running a connected, AI-powered PM workflow integrated into your actual tools.

Why This Program?

This cohort takes you from casual AI user to someone with a systematic, repeatable approach across every part of the PM role. You'll work with real tools on real problems from your own work, and leave with workflows you'll actually keep using.

Connect AI to your actual PM stack

Set up MCP integrations that let Claude work with JIRA, Confluence, PostHog, meeting transcripts, and more—no copy-pasting, no context switching.

Cut research and synthesis time dramatically

Go from raw inputs (user interviews, competitor sites, analytics data) to polished insights in a fraction of the time, using tools like Gemini Deep Research and NotebookLM.

Build your first PM automation

Design and prototype an automation that handles a repetitive part of your workflow, like a weekly metrics digest or a ticket triage summary.

Growth & Outcomes-Focused PMs

PMs who want to be significantly faster at research, writing, and synthesis—without sacrificing quality.

Curious Builders

PMs and product ops specialists curious about MCP, agents, and automation but don't know where to start practically.

Eddie is a technologist, AI practitioner, and community builder with 15+ years of experience across software engineering, AI, and product.

As Founder of Kiseki Labs and current CTO at Toucanberry Tech, he builds with AI tools daily: designing agent architectures, automating enterprise workflows, and driving AI adoption across teams.

He’s on a mission to help product managers do the same.

  • Builder of multi-agent AI systems and an open-source AI Agents library. Hands-on practitioner of Claude Code, MCP integrations, and the full modern AI toolkit. Imperial College London MEng graduate.
  • Co-founded EnVsion, an AI-powered UX research platform. Built Ghana News AI, an autonomous news portal. Has shipped products across fintech, mobility (Hailo, Shell), and global finance (Morgan Stanley).
  • Runs AI Mavericks, a thriving AI community in London, and launched Accra’s first Claude Code community.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THIS COHORT?

In just four weeks, you'll build a personal AI operating system connected to the tools you already use.

Gain hands-on experience validating AI workflows on your own PM problems, and walk away with real automations you can apply at work the next day—all while growing in a supportive network of fellow PMs solving similar challenges.

Who should participate in this cohort?

We recommend this cohort to anyone involved in the product development lifecycle. While it is focused on product managers, designers, delivery managers, and product ops specialists would gain value from a deeper, practical understanding of AI tooling.

How is this different from the AI Product Management cohort?

AI Product Management focuses on integrating AI into your product—use cases, scoping features, and working with data and engineering teams. AI Builders focuses on integrating AI into how you work—tools, MCP connections, research workflows, and automations. Many PMs benefit from both; they solve different problems.

How much time do I need to commit to the program?

At a minimum we do need you to join the two hours per week that we have sessions. We would also recommend putting aside one hour to work on your homework and chat with fellow cohort members on what you are learning.

Do I need to pay for tool subscriptions?

Most tools covered have free tiers sufficient for the course. We'll flag any optional paid subscriptions during Week 1 setup.

What are your payment options?

We want to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to participate. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss flexible payment options.

Are all cohort sessions online?

Yes, we hold all our sessions online to enable access for people from different geographies. But we also love to meet in person too (when we can) and organise wider COLAB coffees and drinks regularly that you can join!

Do I need to attend all four workshops?

We highly recommend that you do attend all of the cohort sessions. Of course, sometimes life comes up and we understand if people need to miss a session! We provide recordings and async content for all lessons.
