Previous cohort members experiences

"I am re-motivated to not only progress my product career, but also to keep trying to influence and make a significant change in my organisation. I am so grateful to everyone in my cohort, but also to our two facilitators who were so generous in their knowledge sharing. They both added so much value and session structure was on point. I can’t recommend joining a cohort enough, it will be career changing."

- Lusi Heath, Product Owner @ BNZ

β€œI’ve always struggled with imposter syndrome in my product management journey - especially since I have either been a first hire within a startup or a remote PM running around in my own head for too long. My time with COLAB truely helped squash this and validate when I question myself to granularly, it’s these interactions that I’ve missed out on and I can’t say how valuable they are. The community built with COLAB is an inspiring place to be.”

- Jamie Dawson, Product Manager @ Hyper

β€œMeeting and getting to know other passionate product people from a range of different companies and background. Challenging my thinking on product and learning from the experiences and expertise others have.”

- Alistair McLeay, Product Owner @ Xero

Who should participate in this cohort?

This cohort is suited to anyone who has spent time in a product management or similar product role and experienced the challenges faced in those roles.

How does the cohort work?

Each week your cohort will choose a unique product management challenge to discuss and share experiences on. Each session is facilitated to ensure conversations continue to flow and have clear outcomes and takeaways

How much time do I need to commit to the program?

At a minimum, we do need you to join the two hours per week that we have sessions. We would also recommend putting aside a bit of time each week to engage with your cohort via Slack and the COLAB community.

What are your payment options?

We want to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to participate. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss flexible payment options.

Are all cohort sessions online?

Yes, we hold all our sessions online to enable access for people from different geographies. But, we also love to meet in person too and organise wider COLAB coffees and drinks regularly that you can join!

Do I need to attend all 6 workshops?

This will give you the best chance to learn as much as possible. Of course, sometimes things come up and that is okay too! We just ask you give as much heads up to you fellow cohort members and instructor if you might miss a session.
